Thank you, Parcent! 36 people took part in the portal's first citizen consultation, between 21 September and 11 October 2026, online and through the ballot box at the Town Hall's Participation Point.

What you told us:

• Improvement priorities: the most voted was improving streets, paths and accessibility (31%), followed by services for older people and young people (23%). Free-text answers highlighted sports facilities, waste management and a recycling point, water quality and heritage.

• How you stay informed: over half (53%) through social media and 28% through the town website. You also asked for more information via WhatsApp.

• Where you'd like to participate: social services and older people (41%) drew the most interest, followed by planning and works and environment and paths (22% each).

• Council communication: 72% rate it as good or very good.

• Specific proposals: you made 16 contributions to the open question, with ideas such as a multi-purpose space for young and older people, better pavements and road safety, a recycling point, housing, parking and more cultural and sports activities.

The Town Council will study every contribution and take it into account in municipal planning. Citizen proposals submitted through the portal and the ballot box will be reviewed and answered one by one. This consultation is just the beginning: the portal remains open for future participation processes.
